Skan Expands Customer Success Leadership Team

Thus, we have brought on two experienced leaders to continue enhancing customer value realization with our groundbreaking process intelligence solution – Preeti Ramesh and Manish Grover. Both Preeti and Manish bring decades of experience along with a genuine passion for solving customer problems and delivering value.


Preeti Ramesh, Sr. Director of Customer Value Engagement

As Sr. Director of Customer Value Engagement, Preeti will be working closely with Vinay Mummigatti, Skan’s EVP of Strategy and Customer Transformation to enhance customer value realization. Preeti brings over 22 years of experience in banking and commodity training. She has worked across multiple functions including development, consulting, product marketing, and most recently, sales consulting. With a passion for solving customer problems, Preeti is excited to join Skan and to be a part of the company’s transformation journey.

Manish Grover, Customer Success Leader

Joining Skan as Customer Success Leader, Manish Grover brings over two decades of experience in sales, technology execution, and innovation. He works closely with customers to drive business outcomes with real impacts. Manish is a results-driven executive with a consistent record of success in a global environment and has run intelligent operations for Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Prior to joining Skan, Manish was a Senior Vice President at Genpact, leading their digital professional services team. He is a strong believer in delivering “first time right” in challenging and demanding situations. Manish also believes in leading from the front and has significant leadership experience in managing large P&Ls. Throughout his career, he has built and managed large, multicultural teams in international and cross-geographical environments. Manish is thrilled to leverage his passion for building and growing companies, while helping Skan continue to drive business transformation for customers across the globe.
